IDENTIFICATION OF FACTORS
The identification of the relevant technological adoption factors and the exploration of its
influence on the suppliers of the manufacturers of the country of Malaysia to adopt most of the
supplying chain technological within the restrictions of the organization is main purpose and is
the factor for the adoption of the technologies in the logistics firms in the country of Malaysia.
The design methodology and the approach towards the technological advancements being
adopted by the logistic firms within the organizations of the country (Kamariah Kamaruddin &
Mohamed Udin, 2009). There are factors like the size of the population in the country and the
degree of the affluence which is associated to the increasing rate of the growth in the economic
activities of the country which has a huge potential of producing the technology to rescue the
problem. This not only enhances the experience of the customer while ordering the products but
also saves time and money for them and also for the companies situated in the country (Ngah,
Zainuddin & Thurasamy, 2014). In the recent past of the country, it was not possible for the
people for the country to even think about the idea of turning on a ceiling fan through a
smartphone but with the help of the technological capabilities in the country, the people are able
to control almost anything from their cell phones or their cars.

The factors directly influence the markets of the country which improve the main sectors of the
logistics industry which include international transportation, trucking transportation, shipment
tracking and the management of the supply chains. Nowadays in most of the countries tariff rate,
and investment rate becomes lower than ever. It also provides a great strength to the logistic
companies. For Malaysia, Australia is the best place to invest where tax rate is low as well as
tariff is free. So, economical factors and legal rules are also a great factor for social and
economical growth, development of Malaysia in Logistic field.
The customers had to book the shipments and received the estimate of the delivery dates of the
product and then had to face the darkness of the service which has completely changed now as
the advancements in the software have allowed the customers to change and access the details
regarding the tracking and shipping of the products that they have ordered through the services in
the country of Malaysia any time (Lee, 2014).
RESEARCH
The lack of the empirical research lacking in the adoption of the logistics technologies in
Malaysia is one of the factors that has influenced the innovation in the sector to develop the
better strategies which would help to adopt new and innovative logistics technologies and also to
make them a country with more innovation-based logistic service providers (Zailani,
Iranmanesh, Nikbin & Jumadi, 2014). This would help the country to become better service
providers with the help of the internal and external factors across the world.
