Fair trade defined as global movement that is committed to paying prices in trade and it
can impact the procedure of developing countries. Henceforth, the significance of fair trade cen
be defined as farmers and workers around the world can get a better deal, able to live happier
lives and can also avail to better and improved protections (Anderson, 2018).
Fair trade organisation mainly aims to make changes in international trade rules that
assists to producers to improve their business. Therefore, fair trading ensures better cost for
goods, wages and community benefits to the farmers workers and to their families within
countires like developing. Additionally, it offers the basis for connecting producer with
consumer and inform consumer the need for opportunities to change and social justice (Fisher,
2018). Henceforth, the main object of fair trade is to make sure that firm in developed countries
has paid fair price to producers in developing countries for work.
Therefore, economic benefits to Fair trade is slightly improving to the communities in
terms to eastablish in cooperatives and to bring improvement in their negotiation position with
supply chain activities. It enables to bargain high cost to commodities than the conventional
market cost. However, extra income can be earned with help of fair-trade premium to support in
farming and to build strong cooperatives to make invest into collective assets to carry out
improvement within crops and yields (McClure and Seock, 2018). Thus, to purchase the
commodities from fair trade aids to have reduction in poverty, encourage environmentally
friendly and safeguard the human working conditions. Thus, common benefits to fair trade
defined as-
It has stable price that covers price of sustainable production.
To get better access to market that enables buyers to trade with producers.
Fair-trade offers enterprise a credible way that ensures practices of trade and this has
positive impact on people.
With help of purchasing fair-trade labelled commodities consumer mainly support
