INTRODUCTION
Business consulting basically a process of providing or assisting the management with
efficient consultation to help the organization perform their actions more effectively. This work
towards analysing establishment ongoing issues and problems and provide them with possible
solution options and help them to acquire their objectives and targets (Aaron, 2018). The
following report will identify the clients and their problems. It will also analyse the areas of
importance for the clients. Lastly the report will evaluate the major key issues faced by the
consumer.
1. About organization and problem they are facing
Fairfield school of business is community founded provided situated in heart of Croydon, which
is recently developed in teaching education schools. FSB is self-reliant private higher education
institution and also offers genuinely different and philosophy learning experience. Growing
demand of business oriented skills, FSB places directed emphasis on providing technical
education to student for having more experience.
Problems they are facing-
Incertitude about the future:- Being able to anticipate market trends with their competitors etc.

more competitors in market. In recently more private institution are developed with more proper

countries due to this they can also face some issue and conflict about their student education.

deficiency of internal and external factor and have some problems in rising the loans. FSB can
face more issue regarding financial terms on provided upgrade skills as while they have to
prepare the budget for each field in building them with different situation.
Hiring the right person:- FSB need to require the right person with different approaches of
recruitment and selection for fulfilling the right vacant position in business of school. As it is

for more developing. FSB need more teacher and professional for development in learning
education. While having use of technology they can be easy for students in understanding the
lessons and make more capabilities. In recently many more competitors of FSB are using online
class software and students are seating at home can attend the class this issue is facing by FSB
for their students as they could not provide the online classroom with updated software.

meditate every day because it will increase the concentration power of students and also reduce
stress among the students, and they will feel fresh. And also educate their children about the
healthy diet which should be followed by them.
