1. Problems faced by the clients
In order to complete this study, the clients that has been chosen are FSB and LSST i.e.
Fairfield School of Business and London School of Science and Technology who are facing
specific issues related to certain areas.
Project A
The project A is related to the Fairfield School of Business who are required to launch a new
course n the academic portfolio of the establishment. The basic and foremost aim of the FSB is
to launch a portfolio which ensures that the professional information over human resource have
been generated or developed within their staff members. The firm is facing problem related to
launching a new and advanced course which are able to generate an understanding regarding
certain specific areas. This course has been introduced by human resource people as this is one
of the most significant aspects in order to make the workforce highly modern in nature. In order
to make the whole course beneficial and effectual enough, then the firm have to ensure that the
course is greatly beneficial along with having an ability to attract more and more students which
can only become possible by recruiting more skilled staff members (Westerman and et.al., 2020).
The availability as well as the choice of staff members is the most vital aspect within the
enterprise. This problem has been created because the Fairfield School of Business wants to

recruit right kind of candidates or staff members within their organization who are highly
beneficial for them.
Project B
This project is based upon the London School of Science and Technology who are currently
facing specific issues related to the marketing department of the enterprise. The problems have
been formulated because of the lack of skilled people or experienced academicians within the
establishment. Apart from this, other most important factor that are able to generate challenges
are related to the recruitment of high profile staff members within the firm (Shanock and et.al.,
2019). Such kind of crucial problems requires urgent resolutions by researching and grabbing
contemporary or modern market knowledge as the organization is currently unable to take
competitive advantages as they are facing such kind of drastic issues on continuous basis.
2. Study about the investigation over the different areas which are greatly significant to the
clients
Project A
In order to solve specific issues of Fairfield School of Business, detailed researching has
been required at different locations or areas which are able to provide detailed information in
context of getting competitive advantages. According to the detailed identification, it has been
evaluated that there are certain competitors available in the market space namely TCNJ, Province
College and Bentley University who are the major competitors of the FSB and hence this is the
major reason that the establishment are greatly concerned about such kind of highly competitive
establishments. It is because if the reason that the other organizations are greatly able to attract
more and more diversified students and candidates within their campus premises. Thus, in order
to deal with them, the FSB have to make and adopt appropriate strategies in order to take

discuss things over certain parameters. According to this concept, it has been evaluated that if
any candidate is not having interest in human resource course then, he person is unable to like to
study the subject as well. Thus, the segmentation will help in effective way to deal with their
target audience. The adopted activities are related to the candidates who are seeking for

consultancy to recruit appropriate candidates as well as leaders within the firm. With the help of
such kind of actions, Fairfield School of Business is able to attract people which help to achieve
success.
In order to position their services among the candidates FSB have to focus towards
position them within the market space. It is important aspect that the HR professional degree has
not been offered by most of the enterprises. The enterprise offers ACCA and CIMA degrees in
HR that is greatly helpful in order to attract more and more students within their campus (Shukla,
Bharadwaj and Gupta, 2019). This also helps to improve the quality of their offered services that
has been provided to the FSB and for that they have to adopt certain skills offered by expertise
people who are having great experiences along with the members who are able to work within
teams. The candidates are classified into special departments such as communication, IT,
finance, HR, auditing, etc.
Project B
From the situation analysis of the LSST College the major problem is seen in human resource
department, lack of knowledge and skills of their employee causing big problems for the LSST.
HR team is lacking in making of strategies, therefore firm is facing problem in their hiring
process. It is seen that market for the firm is huge, as they have four other campus which implies
their good market position. Competition threat for the LSST is somehow low because of their
maximum market share (Lewin and Teece, 2019). Currently they are thinking of expanding their
subjects offering to the student not only to the native but also to the international student. For
their new subjects they required a professional so that they can effectively manage their diverse
students. Major problem is their unskilled HR team, firm need to consider this matter carefully
otherwise their rivalry will take benefit of it.
Organisation will also need to ensure that about what extent external factor does affects their
business. As for the political concern, their rules and regulation affects the business, LSST is

going to expand their services, so in such case they need to ensure that all rule and regulation are
followed, otherwise it will be difficult for them to sustain in the market. As far economic
concern, firm need to analyse when the interest rate go down as it will help them to be strong in
their academic sector (Williams, 2019). Other factors such as social factor, which involves the
demographic trends, cultural aspects and profession which are essential for knowing the
consumer behaviour in the market. For LSST it is important for their HR team to provide the
inclusive environment to their students who are from different background, it is their duty to
ensure that no one in their firm is facing discrimination, otherwise it will hinders their growth.
For the technological concern, it is highly anticipating in the market, LSST can also proceed with
using different digital marketing platform to attract the range of audience from across the globe.
From social media platform, they can be able to provide their job profile so that candidate will
look and apply for the job. It will be easy for them to hire the talented professional for their new
subjects. In order to resolve their problem, firm also need to provide the training session for their
employees, so that they can manage the things in order or structured manner (Hu and et.al 2019).
