Hello everyone, good morning. Today I am going to discuss about a familiarization trip. The Expedia
tours limited that have a scheduled a familiarization trip to Canada from March 16 to march 18, 2020.

familiarizing themselves with the treasures and highlights of Canada as well as for meeting the

After arriving, the guests will be taken from airport. In day 1, Toronto, Canada, On arrival in Toronto you
will be met assisted as well as transferred to the hotel. Welcome drink will be provided after arrival. The
hotel that is selected for the trip is Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre.

In this slide I am going to discuss about the plan for day 3 on Tuesday, 17th March. In the day 2, we will
go for city trip of Toronto. We will go on a tour to the city of Toronto to visit Royal Ontario Museum. It is
a museum of world culture and natural culture situated in Toronto.
We will also visit the Art Gallery of Ontario. The art gallery is having a collection of more than 90k art
work. The Art gallery of Ontario is one of the distinguished most art museums in North America. The art
gallery was established in 1990. The museum has hosted and organized a lot of art exhibitions relate to
travelling. Then we will be having Lunch at golden tulip hotel, a 3 star hotel in Toronto.
The Meals that are included are, Lunch, breakfast and dinner.
Slide 4:
In this slide I am going to discuss about a plan of Day 3. This will be probably the most interesting day of
the tour as it will be last day in the trip. After having breakfast from the hotel, we will go to the newest
and one of the top attractions that is Ripley’s Aquarium. The impressive most feature is a huge under
water tunnel with a moving side walk. You will see the world of Ocean from all around as sharks will pass
from side. It will be truly serene experience for the people of any ages. Watching sea is very much
interesting.
Slide 5:
On day 3, at evening we will depart from Toronto. We have to get ready for the flight. After having
Lunch from Canada food house, we will take some rest. Then at 5 PM sharp ,we have to be ready and
leave for Airport as the timing of the flight is at 7 pm. The Meals that are included is Breakfast and
Launch. However, one can extend the travel days in Toronto with added cost. For any query you can

In this slide, I am going to discuss about the FAM trip expenses. The Cost of FAM trip will be refunded,
whenever the travel agent will complete the sale of first 10 pax touring packages with the company. The
prices that are included in the package are, Roundtrip of airport to hotel transfers and Meals indicated,
transportation in private vehicle and Hotel accommodation, experienced tour guide and Admission to
the listed sites. The non included prices are International flight to/ and Toronto, Cost of Visa and Travel
Insurance and Meals that are not listed.
