REFLECTION ON ROLE OF FAMILY
My only strength is my family. The members of my family motivate me. The contributes to
my cultural, educational as well as moral development. If I look at family from a broader
perspective, I can consider that the families in Australia are basically the carriers of the
indigenous culture as well as values.
According to my opinion the life of every individual in Australia is inspired by his or her
respective families. Families, help a person to grow. Families teach children, the lessons of
morality, virtues like honesty and their importance in life. Thus, since childhood families cast
upon a deep influence on the character of a child.
My family has not only shaped my nature, behavior and character, it has assisted me to
inculcate a love for indigenous culture. My father was a musician. He has also interest in
aboriginal music. This is the reason the melodies of his indigenous music are also inspired by
the tune and instrumental rhythms used in aboriginal music. This also helped me a lot to
know about the aboriginal culture, music. I become curious and delve deep into the history to
know about the inception as well as evolution of Australian aboriginals. This also evoked
inside me a love for the aboriginals, and a sense of integrity. It is my family which made me
understand how important it is to maintain harmony among indigenous and aboriginal
communities in Australia, how it is going to benefit the society and country as well.
Driven by my urge to discover the role of family in Australian society, I started
observing the impact casted upon the family on the socio-economic sphere. This also
enhanced my knowledge about how families contribute the productive labor force of the
country. I have also come to know that families generate moral and ethical values. Families
generate the love for culture.

Millenial families are broad minded, they support the juxtaposition of aboriginals with
the indigenous people of Australia. Thus families are fostering integrity and fruitful cultural
interaction. Thus families are the units in Australian society that helps the society to be
enriched with different cultural values, languages, literature and music. Families are now
have move forward to establish the unity in the diversity. Thus families are assisting the
country to help the aboriginals to cope with the indigenous people, and to become more
educated and sophisticated.
Millenial families do not only fostering education among the aboriginals, they are also
generating awareness regarding birth control, safety for girl child, hygienic living among
aboriginals. Hence, it can be said that, families are the units in Australian society which
generates awareness among aboriginals and help them to become sophisticated and educated,
so that they can add to the human resources of Australia.
Hence, it can be said that, families are basically, accelerating the Australian society towards
necessary changes as well as structural development. Families are encouraging the society to
grow and enrich with cultural, religious and lingual diversity. Families are contributing thto
the overall growth of the economy, productivity of the economy, and the over all GDP of
Australia has also been increased due to the contribution of the families. Families are
educating the younger generation about the cultural as well a moral values. Thus they are
transferring their love, and perception for indigenous culture.
Thus I consider that, families are making substantial contribution in the cultural growth
of Australia. According to my opinion, the life of every individual in Australia is inspired by
his or her respective families. Families, help a person to grow. Families teach children, the
lessons of morality, virtues like honesty and their importance in life. Thus, since childhood
