The Functionalist Perspective on the Family

and maintain stability. It reflects the behavioural approaches comes from the family manner and

generation require knowledge of social culture, norms and tradition, family is the key because
their member provides protection, support, solve problems, emotional support and many more.
Basically mental support is emotional support for decision. Family problem generates multiple
problems in society it influences the society given norms and directly affects the individual
mental health on the basis of society perspective people and family has to focus the problem
solutions and maintain stability. Parent has play major role, and they provide multiple things to
their children and its also essential not only the food, shelter is essential but also provide them
good manners is important aspect for the children.
Nuclear family is higher responsible for social norms and tradition development in the
children, because this type of family has limited individual and limited thought it highly affects
the mental health. Primary socialization known as nuclear family where only parents are
responsible for provide them values of society responsibilities (Kincaid, 2021). If primary
socialization gives in proper direction it improves the multiple quality but if its gone wrong
direction it affects the whole life of individual. So when multiple people provide information and
gives them direction about social values this type of children activities are more effective, and
