Based on the organizational situations being faced by Fancy Juice, it is recommended that
they should horizontal structure in the management. This is due to the reason that with the help
of the flat organizational structure, communication between the lower level and upper level
internal stakeholders will be more effective. Thus, this will be beneficial in the conflict
management and dealing with the issues of the employees directly without the involvement of
any intermediaries (Yinan, Tang & Zhang, 2014). This will increase the efficiency of the
employees to a certain extent when their issues will be solved directly from the top level
management and in least amount of time. On the other hand, in terms of increasing the efficiency
of the production process, newer technologies should be initiated. In this case, the initial cost will
be higher but with the increase in the average efficiency, average cost will get reduced and
economies of scale can be achieved. Thus, the recommended organizational structure along with
the addition of the newer technologies will help Fancy Juice to have more effective and efficient
internal process.
In terms of the employee motivation, employees will be involved in the decision making
process prior to the implementation of change. In addition, they will be communicated about the
advantages to be gained from the particular change management process, which will also

In addition, during the change process, employees will be involved in the decision making
process and their feedback will be considered in further modifications, which will ensure the
