The FareGo company has a number of departments assigned for various jobs and a proper co-
ordination between the departments and a cautious mindset can easily reduce the risks associated
with the aviation companies. In order to increase the awareness of the staffs, a safety promotion
can be helpful for the FareGo Company that can enhance the performance of the staffs directly
related to the flight management functions.
The safety management system and the safety promotion must consist two vital elements-
namely training and education and the proper safety communication (Chen & chen,2012). In the
training and education, the safety management can include the modes of proper dissemination of
the safety leanings and the techniques through which safety can be improved. The safety training
can include:
1. Identification of the requirements of training,
2. The identification of the valid process.
3. Initial safety training and consideration of human and organizational factor (Hsu& Chen,
2012).
4. Trainings on their job specifications.
The aviation service must also aim at the development and maintenance of the communication
that could enhance the safety improvement and in the process all the staff members are aware of
the SMS. The safety communication must ensure:
1. The staff members are aware of the SMS.
2. Any safety-critical information are conveyed to them effectively

3. The necessary of a particular action is well explained to them (Roelem & Kloompstra,
2012).
The SMS can include within the promotion frame works not just the traditional ways of bulletin
or conference but also the broader aspects like workshops, online websites, magazines andother
unconventional yet popular mediums.
