As per case study, it can be found the real price of buying cheap clothes in Europe where
many consumers are finding the most valuable product within cheap price because it easily
available more options in lower prices (Aithal, 2017). Pestle analysis is based on the frame work
that analyse overall business capabilities and identified that different factors impact on the
fashion industry. Political: It will increase the pressure on fashion industry due to increase crisis between
investors and owner. They are cheaply delivering the profit for investors and insecure the
cheapest sources so as increase political crisis.
Economic: It also decreases the economy rate of country because in fashion industry
workers are not insufficient to improve quality of services as per demand of consumer.
Social: As per case study, it can be found that social factor impact on fashion industry to
change the demand of people, many consumers are choosing new convenience for
shopping. Technological: Fashion industry is used the modern techniques for increasing the
business productivity and profitability. Many customers are attracted towards the brand
through online platform such as website and application (Fierro Hernandez and Haddud,
2018).
Legal: The government made legal tax policies of fashion industry which are investing
on the taxes for maintaining the economy condition.
Environmental: It is just important in context of fashion industry that careful about
marketing which are more environment friendly for consumers. It also investing in
environment for selecting the raw materials, operations and packaging.
