Introduction
The Fast Drivers organization case study has been described in this report. It is driving
lessons which has been created recently to provide the customers with driving lessons in
exchange of money. The organization is looking to develop a website to increase the business
efficiency of the organization. The discussion about the business case and some benefits of
website implementation has been provided in the report supported by illustrations.
Business Case
The organization is looking to take their services online by developing a website in which
the customers can just log in and request for a lessons from the instructors. The website should
be able to display the list if instructors available and provide alternate options to the customers so
that they can select an alternate option if required. I have been provided with responsibility of
development of the system.
Business Benefits
The business benefits that the organization can get from the system is:
 Reducing the response time of the clients
 Provide easy information to the customers and increase customer satisfaction.
 Increase in the sale with development of the efficient method.
Project Scope
The project should be able to provide the organization with an efficiency in the business
by providing them with an automated online system, which would help both the staffs of the

three-week time.
