8MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Essential ethical consideration during the decision-making and development process:
All the managers has to maintain healthy and friendly relationship with the team
leader while making them aware of the decision and changes throughout the operational
changes. The effective communication can make the team leaders and supervisors capable to
deliver appropriate training process to their subordinate employees (Kabir, Sadiq and
Tesfamariam 2014).
Information sharing and mutual respect is another essential consideration. It will be
highly expected that all the ground level employees will work with a friendly and cooperative
attitude to their co-workers and will help each other for holistic growth of the workforce
performance (Dey 2012). The mutual respect within the workforce will ensure the operational
integrity and the consistent workflow within the system.
All the ground level employees and the managers have to ensure that they will
develop a motivational culture within the organisational structure for the utilisation of
advance technology. The PDA or Personal digital assistance device will inform the trucking
employees about the dropping location and schedule and the Automating loading and
unloading gates will allow the trucking department to impose one person per truck policy.
