Report
Introduction
The report is showing the complete functionality of FastDrivers Driving Lesson
Service Company. The report is showing all the processes, functions, classes and flow
of FastDrivers. The complete working of Driving Lesson Service is being shown in
the report by ER Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams etc.
The Cost Schedule analysis is also showing the project cost with estimated time of
creation of FastDrivers Driving Lesson System.
System Justification
The FastDrivers Driving Lesson Online System is very beneficial for users-
- It is very good to give facility of online booking to the customers as
everything is online now a day.
- Every person wants to get online services to save his time. And this new
developed FastDrivers Driving Lesson Online System will save the time of
customers as well as FastDriver’s employees.
Business Case and Justification
Currently the FastDrivers are not able to book online bookings for lessons but they
want to make the online booking system for their customers to save their time and to
increase the business growth. There are lots of business benefits of FastDrivers
Driving Lesson Online System like below-
- It will increase the business growth because of online exposure.
- It will save the time of customers as they do not need to come for lesson
booking.
- Online system will increase the customers as FastDrivers may promote the
business through internet.
- It will store the customer’s data and booking details etc. in a very secured
environment.

Project Scope
The scope of the project is to make online lesson booking system for FastDrivers.
There are so many major tasks that are in the project scope-
- Define the objectives and goals of the project.
- Now create wire frames to show the basic layout of the project.
- Now make content list to show into the project.
- Make task list that is required to accomplish the project.
- The most important task is now set the timeline for entire project and then for
each task.
- One of the most important task is now estimate the budget of the project.
- Make a good team to make a successful project.
- Now make the final design of the project by referring the wireframes.
Cost and Schedule Analysis
The cost and schedule analysis for the FastDrivers project is built in MS Project. All
the tasks that are mentioned above are used and the timeline for each project is set.
The fixed cost of each task is also set. Below screenshot is showing the Cost and

Major Functions
These are the major functions in FastDrivers online lesson booking system that helps I
business growth and in making a successful project in the IT-
- Create new customers.
- Check availability of instructors on the preferred booking date and area.
- Confirm lesson bookings.
- If instructor is not available on the given date, ask for new booking to the
customer.
- Process booking transactions.
TCO
TCO is the total cost of ownership. Sometimes, there is lot of hidden cost of
ownership that is not estimated earlier or people do not think about that. The TCO
analysis helps in estimating the hidden cost. It helps in maintain the software very
easily and the companies do not purchase if the hidden cost is more than the actual
cost and s beyond their budget. Following excel is showing the TCO analysis of
