INTRODUCTION
System analysis is a process which help for collecting all information such as interpreting
facts, diagnosing and improvement of entire system. System analysis is important part of each
and every project to determine need and re-assessment of business and development. System
analysis is an important phase of development to view overall processes and their working
activities (Zhou, 2017).
This report will discuss about the Fast-fit gym and their own online website. Many
customers access their e-commerce sites in an effective manner (Taylor, 2017). This assignment
will describe business needs and benefits that implementing in the entire system. This
assignment will determine cost and complexity of particular project. This is not only expected to
result in better connectivity of gym with that to its customers, but is also evident to assist the
business in other areas as well.

Online Gym facilities and services are important for customers for an easy interaction.
Fast-fit is a local gym which is planning to develop an e- system to promote their services in
marketplace. Online booking is efficient technique to perform different functions and operations
such as creating new customer, availability, schedule fix time etc. Senior management of gym
always innovates new idea in their online booking system to increase their popularity and
productivity in marketplace (Ai and Chen, 2017). For maintaining business operations and
functions, it is required to design the best system and implement different ideas for business
growth and development. I have presented the efficient strategies and planning of project in front
of senior management or authority. Manager impress with the design and planning for project.
Senior management always think about innovation and implementing new ideas for growth and
development. Online booking system is the best innovative idea for growth and development.
For discussion with senior manager, it will analyse that online booking system is an
essential for promoting the services and facilities in marketplace. many organizations use
website to promote their services, equipment etc. (Cao, Ma and Wang, 2017). According to my
opinion, this is the best platform to increase the business in global world. I also give suggestion

to senior authority of Fast-fit Gym to use new technology and website for increasing their
popularity.
Business case and justification about the benefits from implementing this system.
According to my Opinion, online booking system is beneficial for FastFit gym because
this platform provides the facility for 24 hours. Customer can check the classes timing by online
website. This provide information’s regarding fees structure, class time, equipment etc. This gym
will provide financial commitment for consumer to provide the best quality of services. Online
businesses are nowadays referred as an utmost important consideration for almost all business
operators. It is therefore with a similar concern of operating an online gym business to create an
online platform of interaction with the clients. This in turn is expected to improve the range of
accessibility towards both the customers and their stored set of data. Also, it is easy to maintain
with less start up costs and an improved security of stored information.
Online booking system is the fastest process which helps for increasing number of
customers and provide payment facility by online. Many customers prefer for online system to
check the availability of resources and services (Deshpande, Nithyanandam and Pitchumani,
2017). Online gym system provides the entire business operations and facility such as booking
system, accounting, online payment etc. it is a complete software to propose total detail and
information of machinery and coaches. The entire process and activities can be shown by context
level diagram and data flow chart to store customer details and their transaction. Business case is
a tool and platform for providing the information of investment in justified manner. It provides
the strategic direction of business to give brief introduction of benefits, costs and key decision
makers.
Benefits for business of online booking system or gym- Payment facility is easier and faster. It will increase the revenue of online booking system. Gym management is efficient for managing the timings of classes. Online booking system are designed in efficient way to provide all the facilities and
features of self-services.

Benefits-

very challenging for online system, to identify the requirement and this will not easily express in
terms of qualitative ways (Greenbaum, 2017). Fast fit gym is using website and online tools to
provide information to their client because many people use online system to check services,
facility and equipment.

Cost and schedule are major elements of project which is necessary for identifying the
resources (Hoppe and Hisschemöller, 2018). Without schedule and cost cannot determine overall
performance and progress of project planning. The project plan is approved by senior manager
and cost or schedule is also included in planning (Grudin, 2017). The budget of project will
determine how much cost is required for project development. Schedule and cost are interlinked
with each other and most likely to increase the cause on other.
Project cost analysis- The project cost is a financial plan for execution of project
expenditure. The success of cost management depends on the creations, consistent and reliable
project budget. The overall project cost cannot calculate and it depends upon estimate criteria.
Online booking system is based on increasing the number of visitors and also depends upon their
features, factor and properties applicable in system process (Oinas-Kukkonen and Harjumaa,
2018).
Project schedule analysis- In online booking system, schedule analysis is the form of
documentation which helps for preparing planning, controlling, executions, monitoring and
communicating to deliver project. Project scheduling analysis represents plans to deliver the
scope of project over time (Kirlik, 2018). This is the simplest analysis form to determine work
elements that associates with scheduled dates. Schedule analysis should include some
components in followings:

effectively and efficiently. There are various types of functions performing in the project system
and are as follows:

TCO is referred as a total cost of ownership and it is a platform or methodology for
measuring the business values in marketplace. This process will help for identifying the
opportunities of business benefits for particular investment. It is comparatively a measuring
element and many organizations is using this concept for growth and development.
The financial estimate of project is directly related to cost of system and particular
business. In Total cost of ownership, there are variety of cost applicable in business products and
services. Total cost of ownership is useful for determining the overall cost of project and their
complexity. Fast fit gym uses this concept for measuring the need and requirement of business
process. It also arranging different facility, equipment, trainer for their customers and clients.
Total cost of ownership includes business items for example- Gym equipment’s, customers,
opportunity cost, overall budget of project etc.

Data Flow diagram:
A data flow diagram is based on graphical representation that will show flow of
information and information’s. DFD is useful for online booking system to create overview of
project. Data flow diagram is basically used for visualization of data processing.
DFD represents different kinds of information as an input to generate output for the
system. Data will be stored in database management system of the project.

Entity relationship Diagram
An entity relationship diagram is also a graphical representation of data and information
system that will show relation between object, place, people and concept in the project. In online
booking system, ER model is playing important role that will determine needs and requirements
of business in order to perform different types of functions within system process.
Entity relationship diagram is implemented as a database system. It is a relational
database table, in which each row represents the entity and every field signifies attributes type.

CONCLUSION
The Fast-fit online gym system is successfully designed and developed for fulfilling
needs and requirements. As per the discussion, it can be concluded that system analysis and
design is important part of project to identify needs and requirements of business process. It also
describes Data flow diagram, ER diagrams to show the relationship between entity and
attributes. This report also discussed about the actual cost and schedule of project. It can
calculate total cost of overall budget of Gym online system.
