Cost: Cost is the most essential element in the project management that consists set
budget and estimated cost of all the resources. Such as present research has been taken cost of
£450.
Scope: Scope refers to the importance of topic of the research which is important for
researcher to get know. (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017. The scope of research is wide where will
explore information to boost learning over implication of globalisation that is foreign direct
investment.
Time: Time is the factor that helps to let the people know what is the starting and ending
date of the project. Such as present research has been completing in 8 weeks.
Quality: Quality represents the weight age of output return, that must be either good or
bad which is depends on the quality of data and efforts put in the research. Quality of research
will be maintained by adhering to ethics.
Communication: Communication helpful to pass the information in each other between
the group. This process helpful to take and analyse information from respondents through
verbally and non-verbally as well.

Risk: Risk is the common element which involves in every activity or plan. This creates
uncertain situation that must be uncontrollable like time, cost, etc. In present project, Risk
involve in collecting efficient information from the respondents.
Resources: It is another significant element which is most helpful to get the final
outcomes of the process. Resources are the most essential element without which project

Work break down structure & Gantt Chart in order to making time frames as well.
Work break down structure
Work breakdown structure deliverables that organizes the team work into manageable
sections. WBS define the hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project
team. This structure helps to decomposition of the work breakdown structure as a deliverable
oriented.

Gantt chart
Gantt Chart is a type of bar chart that illustration a project schedule. This chart lists the
tasks to be performed on the vertical axis. It is the best way to scheduling tools in project
management. Gantt chart gives clear picture of a project status in order to solve the issues of task
dependency level. This technique generally used in the project management which is the most
easiest way to showing the activities more properly.

c). Small scale research by applying quantitative research methods.
Research Approach: Research approach is the significant method of matter and facts that
discover the new study material task. There are two types of research approach deductive and
inductive research approaches. Inductive research refers to the method where researcher starts
with observation to theories towards the end of the research process. Besides, deductive

approach refers to develop a hypothesis on existing theory. Present study will be using inductive
research approach where different theories and evidences will be outlined to find outcome on
globalisation and its implication.
Data collection: It is the process of collecting data from the different sources to meet the
aim and objectives of the research. This has been divided into two categories secondary and
primary methods of data collection (Bresler and Stake, 2017).
Primary data collection refers to the fresh new data that has been collected by researcher
from different methods or techniques such as questionnaire, interviews, observation etc. primary
data collection method is quite difficult as compare to secondary method. Present study has been
using questionnaire with the help of survey to collect primary data.
Secondary data collection method is the simplest method to collect data which is collected
through existing data. To collects Secondary data, researchers generally has adopted ways such
as Internet, Books, Journals etc.
Data Analysis: Once data has collected, next process is that to develop the analysis and
interpret the data to find out the outcomes results. There are two types of data analysis method
Qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods.
Qualitative method of data analysis refers to the non-numeric form of analyse the data in
the form of table, graphs, interpretation as per the suggestions of respondents. Qualitative
method has been generally based on thematic framework as well (Mackey and Gass, 2015).
Quantitative method of data analysis refers to turn data into mathematical form which
includes some mathematical term of data collection. This process consists calculations of
frequencies of variables and difference between variables of quantitative approach is usually
associated with findings evidence. Quantitative data analysis method has been done with the help
of mean, median, mode.
Present study will be based on qualitative method of data analysis with the help of
thematic presentation. Qualitative help more collect and present data into more systematic
manner.
Sampling: Sampling is the principle which selects respondents as per the study
requirement. There are two types of sampling method probability sampling and non-probability
method of sampling. Probability sampling method give chance of participation to whole
populations. On the apart, non-probability method of sampling has selected some selected group

guide researcher about the wrong and right things of study. Such as for present research,
Researcher needs to be disciplined while collecting data and ensure that no one get affected from
this research in negative manner. Researcher needs to acquire confidentiality of information
while conducting the questionnaire.
d). Analysing and draw conclusions from your findings.
