Introduction
Development of the tourism sector is basically concerned with the major source of
revenue and earning of foreign capital in the particular country. Event industry directly affect the
growth of the process which is able to work at international and national level. Through the use
of different practices are helpful for considering different challenges and try to reduce the
negative impact of the society in planning and staging process. After the outbreak of Covid-19,
there are some major sources which make an impact on the event industry and other heritage
sites of the country (Bülbül, Öztürk and Işık, 2021). Most of the events of different countries are
affected through the global pandemic. It will be needed to work and provide a growth in
different events management which are further explained in this essay. There are different
strategies and methods are useful to reduce the issues that arise during the time of event
management. In the following essay, different factors that can affect the event management
process in different countries will be evaluated.
Affecting events management
To apply the different application of event management is basically helpful for project
management team to create the environment and development of the large scale events. This
process involve the study of issues, identifying the targeted audiences, management the events,
and find out the different ways which are considered for the obstacles. This will be helpful for
the event management company to handle the task and provide a significant growth in proper
management and applicability (Carvalho and et.al., 2021). This event management make a strong

country. These events are helpful for considering major negative and positive impacts. The

the events, strategies and plans. These can be work as implemented to deliver the desired impact
and process of the event management practices. Event management try to minimise the
environmental impacts that are concern with staging the event in negative impact on the
environment (Geleta and et.al., 2021). The common negative factors that rise the concern on
environment include pollution, noise, chemical, ammonia etc. In order to minimise the negative
impact of the event there are different strategies are used by the UK government. Some of them
are related to reducing, reusing and recycling the process in a good way. It is considered as one

of the prioritise the reduction of waste outputs. It will be helpful for reducing the waste and make
a non-renewable energy inputs in different sectors. Different events like mega, major, sports
events are conducted in the big developed or developing companies for gaining the revenue and
increase inflow in between the two countries. Once the reduction has been used, it is analysed
that the country should examine for their resources and reusable the cups for make preferable
activities in different formats (Keshtidar, Nazari Torshizi and Heydari, 2021). Another affected
factor of event management is to maximise the tourism and economic benefits. It will always
strive to generate the economic benefits for the different host countries n the area for
considering different places. There are different economic benefits which are derive the visitors
coming for area and spending in throughout the event organisation. There are major benefits
which are helpful to derive the coming function to spend the money which further provide a
significant growth to encourage the visitors into an area of the development practices. For the
success of the events the company to able to attract and retain the major sectors to work
effectively into the market and attract the traditional tourists (Sultashova, Jaksibaev and Aleuov,
2021). Third impact is to achieve social impact and make issues which affect the growth of
community and be more careful to become consideration during the planning and
implementation process of the event. There are different factors which make an impact on crime
and antisocial behaviour which are arise through different management strategies and tackle the
issue by applying different strategies (Event Impact Management, 2021). This will be helpful for
minimising the negative social impact on the society and culture factors of the society or people
of the country.
There are different issues which are affected to world heritage sites, that make a future
impact on the country. There are various kind of heritage sites, some are natural and some are
man made. One in five heritage sites on UNESCO are listed as the natural sites and these are
mostly protected areas which are work as national parks and nature reserves. There are 252
natural heritage sites around the globe (Natural World Heritage, 2021). Some of the major issues
which affect the world heritage sites across the world like climate change, planned infrastructure
and the protection and management are becoming less effective (Lee, 2021). Climate change is
the fastest increasing threat to natural world heritage, in different number of sites that threaten
the climate change. Coral reefs and glaciers are the most affected ecosystem through the
unfavourable climate change. Retreating the glaciers become the important reason what the

different potential threat to natural world heritage and suffer the impact in near future practices.
Another issue which is considered and make an impact on the world heritage sites are related to
different sectors. There are lots of pressure which make a declining impact on the sites. The
pressure on the sites to planned the infrastructure and increase the sectors to perform effectively
into the country. Major development projects related to roads, dams, tourism and mining
strategies to make top potential threats. For the instance there are different severely to altered the
impact on different heritage sites. It will be make a strong impact on the growth and practices of
the environment which is helpful for their future impact to work significantly into the market
(Moradi and Gharehghani, 2021). The third issue is basically related to protecting and
management of natural world heritage which are less effective for the successive growth. It will
be related to work and make assessed as having protection on the site and make management
practices in 2014. Lack of factors become the issues which are concern for 118 natural world
heritage sites to work appropriate and make systematic growth in major challenges. It will make
an impact on the heritage sites which are helpful for most challenging and growing industry into
the society. Another issue which affect the issues in world heritage sites are related to marine
waters like bilge in water discharge, ocean dumping. Another pollution which is arise and affect
ground water pollution to industrial spills, agricultural run-off and make effluent discharge.
There are different challenges which are arise in order to preserve the world heritage sites. All of
these issues make a huge impact on the growth and process of the heritage and tourism industry.
These major issues are considered for different challenges which are helpful for the world's
heritage sites that are considered to organise the events and make an effective pathway for the
country. There are some major events are considered for the successive growth to work and
achieve pathways to adopt the right strategy and analyse the development need in different ways
to adopt the challenge and gain success in this industry.
After analysing the events management process and their specified issues, it is considered
that many of events are managed in their best ways to attract large number of audience and
provide a significant growth in the travel and tourism industry. Managing the event us basically
helpful for providing a growth in hosted country (Nakahara and et.al., 2021). In order to plan the
event there is specified path way which are used by the organisers to considered the growth and
approaches to overcome the issues and challenges. There are different companion which are used

to make provide a systematic growth in different industries and platform. To manage the
perspective for the successive growth. With the helpful for managing perspectives. This could be
beneficial for the event management team to analyse systematic growth of Concept,
Coordination, Control, Culmination and Close-out. These features are helpful for managing the

C's are helpful for managing events and try to work with appropriate action to make
unforgettable events and attract large number of audiences. There are some major challenges are
opted and used to analyse the systematic growth and applied the major challenge within the
appropriate growth and industry (Ni, 2021).
From the above passages, it is considered that there are high need to overcome the issues.
There are major issues which are related to make all other activities are interlinked and decline
the growth that are affect the success and failure to make events. Some major solutions for the
event management industry is related to effective event planning, budget preparation, assigning
appropriate duties and use all the other sources in different and appropriate ways. These
solutions are considered the growth in fantastic ideas to provide a management process. These
above listed challenges are considered for the growth and applied to the sources. It would be
applicable to the society to manage their sources and applied to the event industry. These
strategies are helpful for managing event, arise the need of tourism and applied in universal
context. The very first step is to use effective planning that are needed to be considered before
planning process and achieve in major applicability in event management. It will be helpful for
the event organisation to work effectively and manage their data in more significant approaches.
Another strategy is useful for the successive growth to budget planning. As Budget is one of the
appropriate system to complete the activities in different ways and complete major
understanding. To appoint the finance manager and use appropriate tools for analysing the
challenge in more effective ways (Odajima and et.al., 2021). Furthermore design the team and
lead them with more effective way is helpful for the event management and applied the path to
success. These all aspects are helpful for looking into the future and analyse all trends to define
the event management and utilize them for create the experience in different ways. There are
different factors which directly or indirectly make a strong impact and achieve the short term
goals and profit.

All of these aspects of event management signify the process and adopt the right path to
organise the event and generate various benefits. The very first benefit of managing the event to
complete the effective communication process and make internal and external factors. It would
be helpful for most challenging and appropriate need to enable the foster the interpersonal
relationship with the managing talent management. With the use of reward management to
recognize the success in different platform (SHU and ZHOU, 2021). Therefore, it is concluded
that the use of event management helps at different levels like individual, local, national or
international level. It will further helpful for build up the relationship to strengthen the

achieve the support and local team.

that can be used by the countries and their government which are related to various factors.

different challenges that can be considered to work effectively. Some major issues which are

concluded that the use of these events are consider to obstacle which are associated to
