Introduction
Personal development is one of important approach which allow individual to enhance skills
& knowledge. It is a lifelong process that provides ways to people to assess qualities, skills
that allow them to attain goals & also for realization of potential of a person. It allows
students to develop different capabilities requirement for attainment of goals & also provide
them success in life. It is important as provide clarity to vision of a person & allow them to
develop target & also for attainment of objectives of company (Apiola and Laakso, 2019). It
provides opportunity to make improvement in existing skills by learning from past experience
on basis of education. It allows a person to identify their potential which is important for
them in life. This project report includes reflection over acquisition of skills through
completion of module to be effective students for higher education. It also includes reflection
for attaining person & future success.
Team Contract
Define team contract
Team contract can be described as document which explains goals, norms, sanction & reward
of team. It can be used in order to define expectations of group & also to force people to
explicit about their assumptions. It can be developed before team started to work on different
types of project & also provide them framework for discussion & disagreement in team.
Its importance
Team contract is important as it helps to highlight various rules for team. It is important for
explains what a person wants from their team & does not want in team. It provide different
ways to a person in which team operate & helps to solve problem if problem occur in order to
coordinate. It also allows people to inform different members inform that is essential for
success of team. It is important in order to build success among team members (Espinoza-

Importance of communication in establishing effective team (ref)
Communication is important in effective team as it allow members to share their
feelings to other members which allow them to build healthy work relationship.
It is also improve engagement of team embers with team with having clear
communication practices in team.

Different methods of communication can be used by team members in order to share their
opinion about something. It is important in order to utilize resources & also for making
investment better. This team is using mixed method for communication but preferred
WhatApp as effective method. It is one of fast medium of communication which can be
used by all members of team. With this, employees can use audio call & video call & can
share any image, video, audio, document & other things.

What a team skill audit
Team skills audit can be described as assessment of capabilities of employees in context of
their role. It comes in form of guided survey, interview & questionnaire. It helps a team to
identify skill gap among members of team. It also allows team embers to build training needs
& allow them to offering training to employees. It also creates customized learning as well as
development program (Fyffe, 2018).
The importance of a team skill audit
Team skills audit is important for a team as it helps a team to identify when members of team
are not able to attaining performance targets. It also helps team members to decide new roes

It is a team formation theory which was introduced by Bruce Tuckman in the year 1965. It is
a theory that aim on different ways in which a person can h&le task by gathering initial
information in team & also with completion of project. This theory includes different stages
which allow members to form a team. These stages are mentioned below:
Forming: It is a first stage of team formation in which members assembled & task are
allocated. In this team members can be behave on independent manner & also helps to know
each other. In this, spend by members on planning, bonding as well as collecting information.
Storming: It is next stage that helps to address various ideas & also organise various as well
as process (Ghaferi and Dimick, 2016). In this different relationship among members can be
formed & broken.
Norming: It is also a stage in which team members are ready to work for specific

individual goals, which may be accomplished by obtaining career goals. By accomplishing
these two main goals, students can improve their lives economically & get a broad awareness
of the universe (Gharaveis and et. al., 2019). This may be accomplished by establishing a
goal or aim, as well as identifying their priorities in order to improve student success. They
may achieve this goal by doing various tasks & working in accordance with the time
constraints, which will allow them to advance in an efficient & productive way. Goals may
be identified in learning, innovation, & interests, but there are several more methods to
improve a person's career.

Reflective: - A observant learner assesses & calculates their own degree of production. To
become a reflective student, a student must learn from their prior experiences & use the

Furthermore, these useful abilities must be performed in a more efficiently run method, with
improved educational styles. In order to be more productive students, individuals must
reorganise their objectives in terms of time & also urgency, as well as task requirements. A
