INTRODUCTION
Online presence can be defined as all the actions and content that a person or the business has a
name presence on the internet. Accounts, assets, interactions and many more are included in this. It
also included set of information designed by the person or the business enterprises. It is easier for
the customer to reach to the particular business, when a business is present online. A strong online
presence of the business help[s in building the strong brand and allows gaining the quality which is
beneficial to attract more customer base. Internet marketing can be defined as the strategies used by
different sectors of business enterprises to market their goods and services online. There are
different types of online platform as well as tool which are named as website content and design,
email marketing, social media marketing, blogging and many more. FedEx is formerly known as
federal express corporation. It is a public limited company. It is multinational conglomerate holding
company that focused on e-commerce as well as transportation. Its headquarter is located in
Memphis, Tennessee, United state. The report contain the FedEx internal marketing and how the
company can improve its internal marketing and online presence(Almutawa, 2019).
Research Methodology
Research methodology is defined as the collection of data and information in order to make
decisions related to business. Publication research, interviews and surveys are involved in it. There
are two types of sources of data
1. primary data- the primary data is that data which is generated after the research by the
efforts and experiences. It is quite expensive as the organization conducted the research
from themselves.
2. Secondary data- secondary data is the data which is collected by someone other than the
primary users. The information is already available. Magazines, books, newspapers, internet
and many other are considered as the sources of secondary data. This report is based on the
secondary data which is collected from the different internet sources.
Research analysis
The research analysis can be defined as systematic research in order to build principles and
facts(Gupta, 2019).
MAIN BODY. The research analysis is used to collect the information on a particular topic or
subject. Internet marketing is the promoting of a organisation and its services or products via on-
line equipment that generate leads, pressure traffic, and raise sales. The internet marketing in used
by different sectors of business because in today's scenario most of the customers are available

online. It helps in connecting with the leads which is considered as the important aspects of the
business. FedEx is known as the e-commerce services transportation. The total operating income of
the fed ex is more than 5.857 billion dollars and its revenue is more than 83.959 billion dollar.
(Hanson and Kalyanam, 2020). The total assets of the company and the total equity of the company
is more than 82.777 and 24.168 billion dollar respectively. its subsidiary companies are FedEx
Express, FedEx freight, FedEx ground and many more. It has its own website where the individual
can get information related to the shipment, tracking and many more. It also has a contract with the
amazon company.
There are different way of improving the internet marketing of the company Fed Ex which are
followed as-
create and optimize the website- the organization need to create a good and effective
website of its organization in order to attract the customer base. FedEx has its online website
where all the information related to the company and its work is posted. The company need
to improve its website and add some feature like instant shipping, 24*7 live tracking system
and many more that helps in attracting the new customers.
Increase the website traffic- creating and optimizing the website is not enough for the
company. the company should focus on increasing the traffic to the website that helps in
increasing the sales and awareness of the company. The traffic on the website of FedEx is
not enough to generate more sales. The enterprise have to increase the traffic so that the
sales increase(Lubis, 2018).
Building strong content- FedEx must undergo in different content creating that can helps in
increasing the sales of the company. Building of strong content helps the company in
reaching to the social media.
Create good email marketing- it is considered as the one of the best strategy that involves
gathering of email addresses. There are different methods to attract the customer for
example- the company can offer the website visitor to win a price if they subscribe in a
particular period of time.
The fedEx has social media occurrence it has its own Facebook page that allow the company to pst
about the information related to the business. On that page , the fan and the team members can post
photos and comments on the environment of FedEx(Patro, 2021).
Recommendation
it has been recommended that the fed ex company must look into its marketing strategies and the
company should focus on its online presence. In order to generate more revenue in less capital, the
company must adopt the internet marketing on the large scales. It will help in making its presence in

all over the world. It is also recommended that the company should also focus on developing and
upgrading its websites. In order to promote the company and the company must use digital
marketing as a tool because digital marketing or internet marketing is very cost effective and target
large amount of customers online. The company should improve its social media handles such as
Facebook pages, twitter handles, Instagram account, you tube channel and many more(Poddubnaya,
2019).
CONCLUSION
From the above information, it has been concluded that online presence of company is very
essential in today's scenario. Because it helps the individual to identify the full detail of the
company online. And internet marketing is find as the strategies that many organization adopt in
order to increase the sales and increase the brand awareness of the business enterprises. FedEx is
known as the worlds one of the biggest leading organization in the conglomerate sector. It provide
different types of transportation and e-commerce services. It has also been concluded that their are
different ways to improve the internet marketing of the FedEx which is necessary for the company
because of internet marketing the company an attract the new and large customer base and increase
the sales as well as the brand valuation of the company.
