maintain the ethics in my personality. I am very intellectual, creative and love to face the
challenges. Ion the other hand I am punctual and achievement oriented.

I believe that with the polite nature I will be able to deal with the people properly. On
the other hand as I have said that I am organized and love to face the challenges, this will
help me to deal with the difficult situation in the organization.

Although the organization has the values like respect for the people, Integrity,
passing, commitment, accountability, stewardship, stewardship and service qualities, but if
the organization will focus on being more punctual and maintain the equality among the
employees, this will be beneficial.

I am passionate about involving myself in social work. And I love to do something for
the people in United State. This organization works to provide food for the hungry people,

In this organization, I have faced cultural discrimination in some places, which has
disappointed me. If this will increase, only this can be the reason to leave me this

Vision of the company is to develop hunger free Virginia in the hunger free United States.
The mission of Feeding America is to feed the hungry people by maintaining the
community organizational networking the part of western and central Vurginia.it also aims to
educate the people for ending the hunger.

The organization has focused on developing the anti-hunger programs. Here the federal
food assistance programs are being followed in the organization.

It mainly works to provide the food to the people who are financially poor and not able to
earn food for their family and children. On the other hand, it also serves the food in
emergency disaster relief, school ‘pantries and kids’ café.

The key performance indicator of the company is it wants to improve the sales
revenue of the farmers in US.
