Overview of business plan
In the present era, level of obesity in Malaysia is
increasing with the very high pace. From assessment, it
has identified that in Southeast Asia prevalence level of
obesity is high over other regions.
Report of ‘Tackling Obesity in Asean” presents that
obesity rate in Malaysia was 13.3%, whereas 38.5%
people were considered as over weighted.
Hence, by analyzing such issue entrepreneurs are
planning to the initiate business namely FEEL FRESH
through the online means. Through such business sole
traders will offer detrox water that helps in weight loss
and enhance health quality.

Financial Plan
In order to assess financial viability and position income & cash
flow statement as well as balance sheet is prepared by taking into
account following assumptions:
Tax rate will be 5% in the year 1 and 2 because income of such
partnership firm falls into the range of MYR 20001 -35000.
However, in the third year tax rate will 10% as income level is
within the range of MYR 35001 to 50000 (MALAYSIA: TAX
SYSTEM, 2017).
Further, COGS will be 30% of sales.
For per 700 ml of detrox water FEEL FRESH will charge MYR
9.90 respectively.
Considering the trend of obesity and individuals preference in
relation to using products that helps in losing weight it is
estimated that sales will increase annually by 18%.
