Most important or can say necessary
change Ferrari needs is that it should change
its policy and strategy related to marketing
and promotion. According to my opinion,
this company has to give more attention on
other areas. Company should make itself
stronger to compete with other competitors
and try to gain no. 1 position in terms of
sales and revenue. In the sports cars, it is on
the number one position but in terms of road
cars, Ferrari should make effective and
unique cars.
If they expand business in to new areas or country,
then in this case, the profitability of company will get
increased. Ferrari should not decrease the cost of cars but
also set a standard in the competitive market. They should
develop new strategies and also, use new and different
tactics to make a good brand image in the competitive
market. The management of Ferrari should try to enhance
the sales to sports cars as well as road cars by making
unique, effective and strong strategy.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded according to my opinion about
the success of Ferrari in next 2 to 3 years that Ferrari
should make some effective strategies and use strong
tactics to compete with its competitors. This will help the
firm to be in the competition with sustainability for longer
span of time.
