various aspects with regard to sports law. The goals and objectives of the field hockey club
are also derived from the report. The risk management involved with reference to the
governance of the field hockey club are also imperative form the report. It implies the aspect
related to maintenance of confidentiality and the protection of the brand and logo of the club
along with its identity as far as its authenticity is concerned. The aspect related to resolution
of various kinds of issues is also implied by the report. The aspect of a Code of conduct has
also been taken into consideration with reference to the report in order to imply the
management of the field hockey club in a proper and appropriate manner.
Governance and accountability
The appropriate governance structure of the field hockey club would be headed by a
Chairman who would preside over the field hockey club. It would be followed by the
committee members who would be in charge of administration and management of the
various spheres of the field hockey club which would include the infrastructure and facilities
for the club in order to cater both male and female teams of the field hockey club which
