1) Describe any changes you would like to make for yourself this semester.
In this semester I would like to work over my listening skills. I want to be a clinical social
worker. It is because of this reason that I have to develop my listening skills (Swingle, 2017).
This will enable me to listen to all the details being given by the patient and their family
members. This will be helpful for me to form a deeper emotional connection with the listeners.
2) What experiences will help you the most to move toward your next professional step?
I want to work as a Clinical social worker. MA, MS + LCSW are the needed degrees for this
course (Rotolo et al., 2018). I will thus have to work over getting the following degrees so that I
am able to move towards my next professional step. As I am currently in my MA course, I will
have to crack all the exams and be able to get the get possible degrees that are MS + LCSW.
Apart from this, I will have to make sure that I am getting good experience in the field of
communication and also be able to understand the queries being raised by the patients.
3) How do you think working with clients/students/participants will impact you?
This will help me to get a good grip over listening skills. I often suffer from lack of a sound
listening skill. I have the habit of losing concentration halfway. If I work with clients, other
students I will be able to listen to their query with patience and also solve them.

journey this semester?
Field Placement in Psychology is a very essential that has helped me to understand about the
different steps that I must take in order to go to the right person. I will go to the right person who
will help me to the proper channels for getting the degrees. This has also helped me to
understand about the different channels and network that will help me in future.
