INTRODUCTION
It is necessary to learn something from organisation and also in continuous way. This is because
it enables in improving thinking ability and knowledge. There are various methods and tools for
it. however, the fifth discipline book provide different chapter and discipline in it. People are
born with intrinsic motivation, self-respect, dignity, curiosity to learn, joy in learning. On the job,
people, teams, and divisions are ranked, reward for the top, punishment for the bottom (Bui,
2020).
Chapter 1
From this chapter I learned that system thinking is powerful tool which help in making
things easy. I got to know that by making small efforts we can make big difference. This means
that by bring small change within society or in our thinking we can create a big difference.
Besides that I gained knowledge about 5 disciplines which are helpful in learning they are
system thinking, personal mastery, mental model, shared vision, team learning. So, I found that
all these are having different concepts but if focus on learning. I realized that with all these it
becomes easy to bring change which can led to difference in it. however, but among them system
thinking the 5 discipline fuses all 5 into one particular body. I got to know that we don’t need
any strategy to learn. We need to learn so that we can go. I realize that individual are born
learners in it so we learn as we grow. I found that there is gap between invention and
sustainability. Similarly, in organization there are some elements which makes it learning
organization.
Here, I found that in a organization situation a shift of mind occurred. I was part of team
where everyone was talking about a something large. Thus, I started getting connected with
them. so, I analysed their experience that why they stand out and live life to fullest. And there
were some who only looked ways to recapture it. I also did it by revision what I learned in it.
There are some ethical principles as well which it think is applied. Here, learning is
related to maintaining privacy of organization info and data. there is no sharing of it with others.
It needs to be secured in it (Chester, and Allenby, 2020).
Chapter 2
This chapter focus on 5 discipline of law. In this there were many learning which was
given and I analysed it. they were that today problem comes from yesterday solution. Also, when
harder we push system pushes back in exact same manner. Moreover, sometimes cure can be

worst than disease. I also learned same thing that small changes can generate outcomes. When
there is cake to eat then not all is eaten at once. Also, I gained knowledge that there is nothing to
blame in it such thing. I get a clear idea about what I have to do and how to use applications.
Thus, it was useful for me as I was able to gain knowledge about various types of ICT tools
and how to apply it. these all changes occurs which allow in learning and bringing change in
life. The cause and effect do not immediately impact but there is change in way of their relation.
Thus, I realize that similar situation in organization where I found out there was problem
due to solution. Here, implementation of technology will led to create problem like technical
failure. Another is that use of it in operations will impact on employee learning as all work will
be done by system. . Thus I feel that if next time any situation occurs then I will work in team
so that I am able to complete my work in time (Rebelo, Lourenço, and Dimas, 2019).
I found that there are some ethical principles. Here it discipline is to be maintained to
ensure that learning given is equal. When things are done in effective way it led to creating
proper culture. The reward must be divided between staff equally so that they do not grab it
once.
CONCLUSION
It is summarized that fifth discipline book is based on certain disciplines which are
followed and it enable in learning in life. There are various ways to learn in organization. The
main discipline is system thinking.
