This discussion will include learning disability and the laws of the fifth discipline will in
included which I had learned with the reading. The four core disciplines are required in the
practices and building learning to integrate contribution to the effective learning organization.
System thinking is required to be built according to me which includes appreciating the
individuals, policies, decisions, and relationships.
Five disciplines are personal mastery, team learning, mental models, system thinking and shared
visions.
In system thinking, the sensibility is considered for the interconnectedness which helps in giving
living systems with a unique character. Organizational behavior includes balancing the process
with a delay which helps in building the gaps between actions and results for controlling the
responses. I had learned to limit growth by anticipating the potential internal as well as external
challenges. I had learned to shift the burden by treating the symptoms and taking care of the root
causes and monitor the interventions with the desired effect.
I had learned that team learning, as individuals learn more quickly and effectively and for the
team, a powerful way is required to grow capacity. For the growth and under-investment in the
chapter, I had learned the performance analysis, organizational information flow and externally
indicating and creating self-awareness. In order to manage and lead change, I had learned to
improve the performance and happiness at the workplace. Team learning is required for aligning
and developing the capacity of the team and build the individual talent as well as vision.
In order to conclude the discussion, the fifth discipline learning helped me in drawing ideas and
making effective decision making. It includes that interacting with people is required for
achieving the disparate and shared goals.
