Overall amount is paid by him after 42 days, as there was some technical errors in bank which
shows that payment was not received; after 20 days he left the nation.
After completion of 2 month a notice is dispatched by superior of HSBC because of
default in credit card payment. But there is not response is provided by him as he left nation
before some days. Approximately 3 notices were dispatched by bank but they never get any
respond from him. Furthermore, an investigation is conducted by bank manager and they found
out that Mike Ross left the country due to other job at another location. Police found out him and
then he arrested. Then, he present in court as a defaulter (Coolican, 2017).

total payment was done by him before left the nation. But, no one trusted him so his lawyer
