My organisation has received a verbal complaint from one client that I have not explained
the complaints process proper for credit guide in AAMC Training's useful resources. As s
finance broker I have explained this process to number of clients but never received any type of
complain. There are chances that I have not understand the issues of client in correct manner and
due to this I was not able to correctly explain the whole process to client in appropriate way. I
want to make sure that I will never receive such complain form clients and resolve their issues by
explaining the process in correct and accurate manner. I have identified that it is important for
me to use different methods and approaches in order to gain more information and data form
customers. There are different approaches which will help me in collecting data or acquiring
further information. I have understand that it is crucial for maintaining professional competences
in industry as well as attaining goals. For collecting information form clients or customers I will
always ask for their feedback. This will help me in identifying whether the client has completely
understand the process which I have explained or not. Feedback from customers will lead to
assist me in identifying my own skills and capabilities to successful conduct required task. As
per the feedback of clients I will be able to increase my performance and capabilities as well as
enhance my performance in organisation. It will assist me in developing strong relationship with
clients and I will not receive any types of complain in future. Through feedback I will be able to
determine if client is happy form services or not. I will be able to determine the issues of client
and able to solve it is more accurate manner. Other employees or co- workers are will be able to
provide me information about my performance and capabilities. I will communicate with co
workers and ask them about their views regarding my performance in this company. Through
this I will be able to determine my overall strength and weakness which have impact on my
work. This will be effective approach for increasing my performance and enhancing
productivity. Information and data gather about my performance and capabilities through
feedback form clients and communication form customers will lead to enhance my overall
performance. I will use this a development opportunities as well as gain training to increase
capabilities. I will create personal and professional development plan as per the information
gather through feedback and communication.

information from clients and other employees. Candidate in collected verbal feedback form all
client after completion of their task. I have observed that candidate is asking for feedback from

positive feedback will lead to encourage employees where as negative feedback motivate person
