We are a boutique Finance Broking business located in Sydney CBD and
support a broad range of clients and loan types from Residential to
Commercial. We are looking to recruit several full-time and part-time Finance
Broker Support/Customer Service Consultant to join our city office given high
demand for our service and rapid company growth. The role will be fast-
paced and varied however we offer flexible work hours in a relaxed friendly
environment with the ability to work from home some days once you have
reached the required level of proficiency.
The Opportunity
Each day will bring different challenges and opportunities to keep things
exciting however the key Responsibilities will be as follows;
Interact with the borrower (over the phone) to obtain all required
information
Complete initial assessments on loan affordability
Contact lenders on credit policy
Enter client information into Broker system
Track and follow up outstanding loan application items
Generate/populate compliance document templates
Follow application from submission to approval
Facilitate loan sign up process
Conduct annual reviews and loan variations
Assist Principal with other office duties as well as calendar management
Prepare and distribute EDM and other marketing
Handle incoming call enquiries
Liaise with other stakeholders on behalf of the principal

The ideal candidate may be an ex-Banker or a Broker’s assistant or an EA
who had some involvement in both administration and financial reporting
however one-on-one training will be provided. For the successful and
motivated applicant there will be the opportunity to become a qualified
Mortgage Broker however there is a minimum expectation of two years
working in this advertised position.
