After analysing the skill, trends and knowledge of specific area of finance in banking sector, the
next step is to prepare effective career action plan that guide students to attain all future goals
and objective in effective and efficient manner. As career action plan is defined as individua
career development plan that help in an individual to reach desired career goals. It is the roadmap
the help from choosing an occupation to getting a job. For the graduates students it is most
important to prepare effective action plan that help in attain all career goals. For the completion
of this project assignment, I have selected finance associative role in banking industry.
Development of effective career view point help in make career in respective industry. In the
banking sector there are various career development opportunities that facilitates to accomplish
desirable goals and objectives. In this report personal analysis, future career plan and CV are
covered that are related to specific job profile.

Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is referred as the process that includes various activities such as self-evaluation
of personal strengths, weakness, experiences, knowledge as well as opportunities and evaluate
them that they are playing vital role in attaining career objectives. Personal analysis help in
assessing all personal qualities and skills and ensure their effective utilisation in attaining all
personal as well as professional goals and objectives efficiently (Baldridge and Kulkarni, 2017).

personal factors that secure their career in interest field. I have conducted my personal SWOT

determined all aspects that facilitates in preparing relative action plan for future growth. As I
want to make my career in finance department of banking industry so, there need to evaluate all
personal factors and learn some specific skills related to finance department (DeWaters, 2017).
