1. Following this report, there are both positive and negative outcome to being an
expertiate. Yes I would like to work as an expertriate as it has some sound impact on other
stakeholders. Working with a business entity as an expatriate is always an accomplishment for
achieving the organizational goal or object. It automatically absorbes the acquisition of global
management skills which is highly impacable in the labour market. Experiencing of exartriate is
sometime very necessary in an employee;s career to to the advancement of the executive
complements. Even though there will be some negative consequence of expatriate like meta
diversity in the working place which may often a cause of poor performance, I will really cherish
and accomplish to be an expatriate because the accumulated knowledge on this area further
implicit and understand the antecedents along with the possible outcome of expatriate
adjustments. It also refers the degree of fit and psychological comfort that an individual realize
the different path aspect of abroad culture (Riki Takeuchi, 2010).
2. The following steps I would like to consider being a manager in charge of an expatriate
success:
Providing a cultural training is very essential for an expatriate, before starting an project a
expatriate must understand the cultural values, norms, beliefs and the behavioural path of the
mass country. A healthy way to achieve this for the organization, should organize the brefings
about the history, geography, religion, culture and the economic screening of the particular
country (van Bakel, Gerritsen & van Oudenhoven, 2016).
Successing an expatriate, the clouserness and friendship with the local employee in the
working station is very important. An expatriate gets more adjustments when they receive the
social support, job assistance from the local colleagues. For this I can appoint someone mean to
be an event organizer in the organization, which will improve the inraction of the expact and
maintain a harmony within the team (van Bakel, Gerritsen & van Oudenhoven, 2016).
Considering it would not always be possible to reside the whole family with the
employee, but being a manger I can do atleast in a possible manner, even for some time span to
adjust (van Bakel, Gerritsen & van Oudenhoven, 2016).
