in the market, so they should provide this rights to the employees, so they can get minimum

companies employees and it creates conflict in the workplace so Green cafe should take
decisions abut this law, so they can overcome from the discrimination in the workplace and their
employees can work properly in the workplace.

A) different functional role within Hospitality sector
there are different different roles within the Green cafe for which employees should have
different skills and knowledge.

Front desk
This is responsibility of the managers manage the employees and also welcome the guest
in the cafe. They have to solve the query of the people and make order for the guest. Main work
of the manager is to look for the management of cafe and control every activity of the staff, so
they can make good experience of the guest.
Kitchen
Where Chief of the Green cafe prepare food for the guest and there are some employees
give supports and help cook in the cooking food (Rahman., 2018). Cook have their won skills to
make food for the guest.
Waiter
Waiter are the employees who serve the food to the guest, and they take order from the
guest and when their food is ready then they serve to the guest.
B)- Communication methods and levels used in an organization
There are different types of communication used in the Green cafe one of the oral
communication- in this method water talk with the guest and ask them what they like to eat.
Written communication which is also important because waiter of the Green cafe have to write
about the orders of their customers.
C)- Coordination and integration within company
co-ordination within the is important to make any business grow. Green cafe have to
look for their employees to have coordination Green cafe n between them (Rambe., 2018).
Mangers of this cafe should use practices like group activities run in the workplace so their
employees can understand each other and give their best toward the companies goals and their
objectives. It also enables employees to create flow of communication within the workplace
