This report speaks about the financial and management accounting. In this report it has been
mentioned that these two accounting are different in nature. Financial accounting is the
procedure of documenting, summarising and reporting all the transactions of the business for a
specific time duration. This accounting reflects the data on accrual basis . On the flip side
management accounting assist the managers to make short term and long term decision by
providing reports of the business operations. Management accounting helps in forecasting the
future, also is forecast the cash flows of the business. This entire report focuses financial
statements analysis and report. Financial statement are in the form of written records of the
activities of the business and it also reflects the financial performance of the company. But the
company has to audited these financial statements from government agencies and accountants.
