Overview of Association
The report is based upon NBA that stand for National Basketball Association which is
a men’s professional basketball league in North America and it is been composed of 30 teams
of basketball. It is been consider as one of the four best professional sport leagues in the
Canada and United States. The league is been founded in New York City on June 6, 1946.
Financial Analysis of Balance Sheet
Total Current Asset
The entity financial report states that the entity can earn proper amount of business
due to which there is an increase in total current asset in the entity operations. This signify
that the entity is having proper amount of marketing strategies that help them to gain more
amount of market in the business (Annualreports.com. 2019). The increase in the current
asset is due to cash and cash equivalent as it has been increasing from a big amount due to
which the overall asset has been increase in the current year. Increase in the current asset also
help the user to know about the financial stability of the company and help the user to invest
properly in the business.
Total Asset
The overall asset of the entity has also been increased in the current year which a
good sign as it states that the entity is able to have proper amount of business in the market
(Annualreports.com. 2019). The asset has been increasing due to some change in the current
asset, as the current asset is increasing it also state the entity is able to have proper amount of
liquidity in the business.
Total Current Liability
The entity current liability has been increased in the current year which signifies that
the entity is able to proper amount of business in the market (Annualreports.com. 2019).

Entity is having an increase in the current liability due to the Customer refund liability which
indicate that the company is able to have some amount of liability which they have to pay
back to its customer and due to which the overall liability of the company has increased in the
current year.
Total Liability
Company is having an increase in the overall liability that signifies it able to carry
their business easily in the market (Annualreports.com. 2019). The increase is due to other
current liability which states that the entity has to pay some amount of money to other
individual and due to which the liability has been increased of the entity.
Total Equity
The company is having no such change in the total equity that indicates the company
is having no increase in the composition of the capital (Annualreports.com. 2019). The entity
is having no increase in the capital due to which the entity is not having any change in the
overall equity of the business. There is no increase in the total equity it denotes the
organization is using its long-term debt for the expansion of their business and due to which
they are not having an increase in the overall capital in the business.
