INTRODUCTION
Organizational culture and structure are two different elements that help to boost
productivity and performance level of a company. With principles, norms, and values, culture of
a firm influence to administration’s frame of references that could shapes businesses structure in
systematic manner. A structure of company can be defined as system that outlines how all
activities are directed in companies to achieve strategic aims and objectives. While
organizational culture can define as collection of expectations, values and practices that
influence and inform practices of all group members. The current assignment will be based on
Fire Brigades Union, which falls under category of leading public service organizations in the
United Kingdom. This study will explain different forms of organizational structure and map put
a company chart. It will define the role of an organization culture and its influence upon
employee behaviour. Furthermore, this report will describe local and central government policies
impact on chosen firm.
It will justify accountability and monitoring in chosen company by considering relevance
of chain command, span of control, line of centralization and authority. Moreover, this
assignment will clarify management approaches and styles in organization and will also define
concept of motivation as well as its implication. It will explain significant of organizational
behaviour to team performances in public sector.

Organizational structure and chart
An organization structure is a system that has been utilised by different companies to
define a hierarchy (Shokri Gazafroudi, Prieto and Corchado, 2019). It determined each role, its
accountabilities and functions where applicants reports to within enterprises. In the world of
business, different forms of structure are available that a public sector company can use
according to its operations and venture size.
Hierarchical structure-
This type of organizational structure is quite beneficial as it tend to resemble pyramids
with excellent degree of authority and power at quite top. Militaries, government and other
public sector companies employ it as the best structure.
Flat organizational structure-
