Section 1: Project schedule plan
The project schedule is reflected on “Fire protection system implementation in Life
Style Centre (LSC)”. The project is being suited in village of population 15,000. The main
physical resources of LSC is new village library, multi-faith centre, gymnasium,
multipurpose functional spaces as well as facilities of car parking. The area of focus is based
on IT of new LSC by implementing a fire protection system in the building. In order to
implement the fire protection system in LSC, it is realized that fire protection in facility is
contained sprinkler and smoke control system. The main reason behind implementation of
fire protection system is providing safety to the individual in event of fire. In order to
guarantee that all the physical spaces of LSC is prepared to handle fire situations, a fire safety
system is to be implemented.
Below is the project schedule table shows the project tasks, duration, start and finish
date of each project activities individually. The task dependencies is also showing in the table
to determine which tasks are depend on other tasks.

Section 3: Reflective report
This course was a new experience for me from point of view of learning as well as
performance. The practical part of this project management course was helpful for me where
I got chance to implement my knowledge gained from lectures as well as study materials. I
have learned systematic approaches to design the product from the starting of the project
plan. While scheduling the project plan, I learned how to manage the project tasks using
project management methodology and applied it based on nature of the project work. I
learned how to become creative during concepts of the project topic or project plan. I learned
that most important element of planning a project is scheduling it properly based on the
project requirements. Building a project team is also required to plan a project by appointing
the team to their project tasks based on their expertise in that particular field (Hu et al. 2016).
The resource plan helps to identify the work to be performed and skills needed to complete
the plan.
Communication is also a required part of team work. Without proper communication,
it is difficult to achieve required project results (Lock 2017). When information are shared,
then the project workload was divided among the team members for easier handling and
completing it on scheduled timeframe. It is required that communication occurred through the
project life cycle to reduce unnecessary project delays. From this work, I learned that project
documentation plan helps to show the project activities and perform project work for meeting
intended project objectives (Heldman 2018). The main purpose of this project is building a
project schedule with 40 activities based on the project topic- implementation of fire
protection system in LSC. I was able to estimate time of each project activities by developing
as well as controlling it. I scheduled the project plan using MS project software, which is one
of the best project management software to estimate start and end date of the project
