As per my experience, I evaluated that
non stop bleeding in case of injury is the
emergency situation which need to be
taken care. The organisation should
provide appropriate first aid facility to
cure. In case of emergency nurse of
Wellington hospital should be ready
with basic dressing facility to stop
bleeding till the time Doctors address the
patient.

I reviewed the policies and procedures of
the firm, to analyses the reason of
implementing 7 steps. Therefore I
evaluated that its is very important for
the enterprise to set specifies procedure
to deal with emergency because in case
of uncertainties the person looses its
abilities to think and react. When I came
across the emergency I focused on
following each and every determined
step which helped me in overcoming the
situation very patiently without creating
harm to anyone. After following the
steps I understood the aim of first aid is
to preserve life of people to protect
causality and promote recovery of
individual from any injury.
