For research and evaluation, I have opted for both the sources of primary and secondary
research work to find out the most suitable firms of tours and travels in UK. Here, primary
method of researcher has rendered me a vital sense of refereeing to my colleagues and peers who
have suggested me some commendable names. However, I have together gone for a secondary
measure of researching at my own level where I have opted to use some eminent resources of
internet (Chen, 2014). Social media and official websites of all existent tour operators have
enormously aided me into it. Both primary and secondary base of enquiring have cogitated me
about a popular tour organisation, First Choice in UK which is famously known for its leading
recognition in the market.
First Choice was thus considered to be the best suited organisation for me where I can
successfully fulfil my hope of positioning on the profile of HR manager in the future. This firm
