along with the management as well as personnel associated with this project. Employee Work
breakdown structure is also explained in the project along with the project time frame and the
risks assessment that is to be carried out in the project.
Context:
The case study that is considered for this project report is Kafue National Park located in
Southern End of Zambia. The name of this National Park came from the Kafue River which is
flowing through the national park. Kaindu farmers wants to establish farming in the Kafue River
which might affect the wildlife in the national park. This proposal states to implement cage fish
farming in the Kafue River. There are about 300 Kaindu farmers who lives on farming. The
proposal states to cut a canal from the Kafue River so that the wildlife in the park also does not
gets affected by the cage fish farming. This cage fish farming includes growing of fishes in the
existing water enclosed in net cage and this allows free flow of water. As the fishes in the Kafue
River are declining day by day, therefore it is very essential for the farmers to do alternatives to
earn their living. Cutting a canal from the Kafue River might provide an alternation to their
