endured by leaders of organization to guide and lead employees. The management by inspiration
is considered as an effective style of leadership as it helps in inspiring the employees of the
organization to realize their full potential and achieve the objectives of the organization.

As opined by Yamada, Shimamoto & Wakano (2015) the changes in Pike Place Fish Market
helped in improving job satisfaction and also helped in the reduction of employee turnover as the

involves being enthusiastic, creative and fun living in a natural way and developing a spirit of
play among the employees in every task they perform. The management by inspiration involves
choosing such an attitude by the leaders so that it does not affect the employees and team
members. The management by inspiration is a component of transformational leadership in
which the leaders empower, motivate and stimulate staffs to innovate and build changes which
will assist develop and shape not only future of organization but also that of employees.
