 IT waste management system is a process to extract parts of wastes to
sell and reuse the wastage materials
 Innovative solution due to development of garbage bins and pneumatic
collection system
 Designing of landfills to minimize risks towards public health and
surroundings
 IT based application and will automate selling of the waste materials as
well as enquiry related to the collection of waste equipments
 Reuse the waste materials by means of recycling

among various departments.

Conclusion
 Project management plan included key project deliverables to develop
waste management system for supermarket
 The system is developed to eliminate organic waste from the
supermarket waste
 It saves landfill spaces and contamination of land as well as water
 It can reduce 21% reduction of the food as well as amount of drink
waste thrown by the supermarkets.
 The project stakeholders are responsible to handhold the proposed
plan, design as well as implement of the system.
