organisation to increase the production of the company. For the better employability the
organisations human resource department coordinate and cooperate with the employees along
with that the company is using leadership skill, better culture and structure as the plans of action
to improve the productivity of the company.

is essential to satisfy the employees of the organisation beside the consumer. The leader utilized
the leadership skills as plans of action to monitor the employability and enhance the capability of
