Project Plan
It will take 21 weeks to finish the whole project. The maximum time is utilized in developing
workout application because it is the core function of whole fitness app. In this task; data related
to health and fitness advice has stored. The monetization model includes proper budget analyses
and forecasting of sales after launching fitness app in the market. In the task of short listing of
application feature, research has been carried on to know what features does users expect from
existing fitness apps and what are the necessary of patients while using fitness app. At this step;
the main motive of launching the fitness app has been taken into consideration to take decision
upon which features should be added in the app. So, that it can be valuable for its users.
Project Scope
One of the biggest breakthroughs on mobile platforms is the development of a Health and fitness
app. According to various media reports, it is accepted that Apple's customers are more satisfied
with Android than with Android. However, the tariff offer and the class change of health and
fitness claims exceed both levels. The desire for well-being and the development of well-being
help greatly to maintain the well-being of our daily life. In the UK alone, more than half of
smartphone customers use the Health & Wellness app for diet plans, exercise programs, exercise
search tools and a variety of other health-related issues. In any case, even 50% of these
customers do not want to visit the Websites for comparative research. So, if you don't have the
Health & Fitness app in this industry, you are losing out on your competitors. It has therefore
become an essential part of such applications through the development of welfare and wellness
applications and administrations to maintain and expand the customer base.

Each customer has different needs, so it is essential that they have the ability to customize and
design the application according to the customer's prerequisites. Some patients need quick access
to their psychological readings, while others tend not to criticize and trust that their wellness
specialist will provide the information. Dynamic people need the affirmation to be as discreet as
would be expected from the circumstances. The Wellness app has been designed accordingly and
allows complete customization of the application.
Export to social networking sites will allow customers to display their estimated results on
Facebook or Google+, which may improve their motivation. However, sharing wellness
information with social networks is not very widespread. Most people affected by the congenital
disease are not ready to pass on this kind of information to their peers.
In-app purchase feature has not been added because; the app itself consists of monthly and yearly
subscriptions with full features in it.
App has been tested by IT department for any leg, failure, server error and fetching details. A
suitable step has been taken to remove such error. Testing process ends after resulting no error in
the app.
The product launch has been organized at hospitals and fitness centres in the form of demo to
users.
Project Risk
Cost Risks
This type of risk is the most widely recognized as it represents the greatest risk to organizations
and their finances. Staying within the spending plan is critical for entrepreneurs to sufficiently
benefit from the customer's actions while satisfying them. To avoid falling into the red, the group
should surprise their work by shifting small mistakes over different weeks, months or years to
make them suitable for the group's business centers.
Time Risks
This risk is usually time-related. How time and costs are inextricably linked; therefore the extra
time for the campaign could lead to greater cost problems for the boss.

Innovation can be confusing and frustrating at times. Studies even show that 30% of enterprise
IT usage is effective. Keep your promises in the green by planning an extra opportunity to
prepare for a delay in use.
Resource Risks
Organization is one of the crucial factors in achieving business goals, but they are not above the
funding they will be given or what life can offer them. An engagement director should have the
choice of what is expected of the organization's work and performance.
As can be seen from these models, risk risks include both the internal risks associated with the
completion of each phase of the enterprise, as well as the opportunities presented by outside the
control of the team. The latter types include external risks that come from outside the
association, but they do affect the final incentives that the company receives. In all cases, the
severity of the risk depends on the nature and extent of the end results possible and the
likelihood.
In addition to project risk, project deferral risk can be important. The risk of redundancy refers to
the dangers of neglecting to do business. As with the risk factor, the risk of delay may arise from
any of the risk sources listed (next summary). Similarly, the risk can be delayed if there is only a
limited open door for running a business - if the work is not done now, there may be a risk that it
cannot be done sustainably.
Project Success
Time
Project management success is often determined by whether or not you kept to the original
timeline.
Quality
The end of a project phase is a good time for a quality review. Manager can check both the
quality of project management practices. A quality review can evaluate whether the efforts make
by project manager meets the standards set out in quality plans.
Cost
Document Page
Many executives would rate cost management as one of their highest priorities on a project, so
evaluating how the project is performing financially is crucial. Compare current actual spend to
what had budgeted at this point. If there are variances; then there should be reasonable reasons
for them. Project dashboard can be used to check actual spend in real time.
Stakeholder Satisfaction
This is a difficult measure to document statistically, although there’s nothing to stop you asking
them for a rating out of 10. Even if evaluating their satisfaction subjectively, it is still a useful
exercise. If it has notice that stakeholders are not fully supportive, can put plans in place to
engage them thoroughly to try to influence their behavior.

Speaker notes: The market is driven by the use of more portable applications, a wider choice of
sports and fitness applications for watching exercises and rhythms, and the growing interest in
wearable fitness devices. Cell phones have become an integral part of retirement careers and
physiological wealth with the support of human government. The portable application is a
product application designed to run on mobile phones, such as mobile phones, budget devices,
and tablet PCs. Such applications arose through the integration of media, the Internet and
innovative innovations. Lately, people have changed the way they keep track of important
aspects of their life, including wellness, by using various wellness and wellness apps on their cell
phones. Portable wellness apps are referred to as health apps that run on Android, Windows and
iPhone (iOS) frameworks. There are a large number of wellness and fitness apps available for
download on Google Play, some of which are RockMyRun, MyFitnessPal, Kidfit and FitWell.
Nowadays, due to busy schedules, the development of wellness and wellness measures, and
usability, wellness apps can be downloaded and used for a dollar or two or no. Applications like
this offer medical benefits because they allow visitors to stay healthy by maintaining their weight
and guiding them through activity based on their comfort and convenience. They also help
clients to profit from the range of diets that are expected to be appropriate for their body types.
Subsequently, an increase in the use of portable applications has stimulated an increase in the
