Project scope
App design and launch cost- AstraZeneca will use the different aspects in order to
including many factors which are related to social sharing, profiles, location, notification etc.
Design of app is necessary to make customer friendly so that it can be easy by peoples and
launching cost is related to managing all the accounting system of the applications regarding how
client can provide the benefit of pay with the app so that it help to manage all the billing function
by one software (Abdilahi, Fakunle and Fashina, 2020).

Social media integration- With the help of social media integration it can be analysed
that company will promote the applications to existing users as well as to those who are
connected with social media and also provide the access to IOS, android, play store etc.
In-app purchase- The in app purchase is related to the extra content and providing
relevant information regarding diet chart and all the training sessions that can be subscribed by
client in easy method.
App customisation- To customize the applications is depending on the expert advice as
well as feedback given by testing users another options of merchandising (El Bajta, Idri and
Toval, 2018).
Testing the app- T test the applications it is necessary to select random people from
organisations as well as other stakeholders so that they can provide honest feedback in order to
improving the service in better manner. Another way is to test on different software which is
necessary to provide the ideas of app development.
Launch the app- Fitness application will help AstraZeneca to improve the service and
providing different operating system and command of URL so that client can easily access to the
application (Garcia-Perez, Gheris and Bedford, 2019).
Project risk
 Cost overruns- This is the risk when budget set by company is fluctuated because of any
reason such as high coting of marketing and developing the application. Also, some of
the technical issue are affected the budget which impact negative on the reputations of the
company. It is important to fix the budget otherwise it impact on overall system of
budgeing.
 Delays in app design- It can be possible that there will be different faced by company in
order to delay the app design because developer are not providing positive response due
to fluctuation of budget it can be impacted on the reputation of the company so it is
necessary to provide the fix time to the application developer so that they will not delay
the designs of app (Jagtiani, Bach and Huntley,2018). Also, if management not providing
the approval for designing it can be resulted by delaying in application.
 Design and compatibility issues- There are different compatibility measure which help
for providing specific testing of software application and it suitability with other mobile

devices. Due to lack of consistency it can be impacted on the basis of hardware and
software that are requirement for necessary to testing phase.
 Competition from other apps- There are different applications are available in the market
so it is necessary to provide the attractive content which help to attract the client for
fitness application. After Covid people are focused on improving in order take care of
health (Jukova and et.al.,2019). It is very to enter in that market where already large
numbers of alternative options are used by customer. So it can be suggested that to
mitigate the risk it is necessary to more depending on research so that it help to stand in
the market.
Project success
To measure the success, it is necessary to measure the metrics on the basis of key performance
indicator (KPI) which are as follows:
Number of users- There are large number of people will be targeted for using the app and
at that’s time it is necessary to measure number of users so that it help to provide the idea of how
many of them are using or update the application accordingly (Mahdi, Mohamed Zabil and
Happala Naidu, 2021). On the basis of above diagram it help to provide the information of
tracking and related to giving the information for google pay store.

Cohort analysis- on the basis of above diagram it has been analysed that it is necessary to
use the measuring the success by getting user who are still using the application and active on it.
Further, it helps to provides the graph of how to improve the active user by cohort analysis in
order to providing better service to the users so that they can suggest to other people which
improving the reach of the application (San Cristóbal, Carral and Iglesias, 2018).
Active users- There are many people who download the application but nit active on it so
it impacted on reach of the application so it is necessity to provide the regulars notifications to
the customers so that they can use it regular basis. Large numbers of people are using the
application for Tracking those who are regular user in order to use the analytics of determine the
success factor (Wu and Dai, 2018).
