Yes, I do running as the form of exercise. I consider that daily running is very effective sport
or exercise that is significant for maintaining fitness. I feel that at the age of 30 running and
walking is helpful for keeping me fit and active.

Yes I do play badminton when I was younger. Badminton sport includes various benefits
such as improve muscles strength. It helps in improving flexibility as well as boost metabolism
rate. I have played badminton during my school duration and it helps in strengthening my bones.
Why is it important to do sport/keep fit?
It is very important for individuals of all age to do sport or any kind of exercise for being fit.
There are various benefits of maintaining fitness as it support in boosting body functions. Sport
is significant for maintaining physical as well as mental fitness as sports or exercise is important
for every body part along with mind. The major importance of doing sport and keeping fitness it
that it will help in lose weight or maintain accurate weight which is accurate according to height
and age. Right weight is significant for reducing the risk of some diseases and longer or healthier
life. Doing regular exercise such as running, swimming, cycling and so on is important for
lowing the risk of developing any type of diseases. Through this the chances of obesity, diabetes
and high blood pressure is reduces and help individual in keeping right and healthy weight.

Staying healthy and fit play crucial role in individual life as it support in dealing with hectic
daily schedules. I will advice that it is important to do regular checkups because it will help in
getting knowing about internal issues if any. Sleep is necessary for staying fir and enough sleep

will assist in maintaining fitness and health of individual. It is advice to take adequate amount of
sleep as it will allow body to heal and repair. Daily exercises have many health benefits and it is
advice to do walking for few minutes in order to maintain fitness. Participation in any kind of
exercise or sport will help improving circulation and body awareness along with combat
depression.

There are various benefits for a person of keeping fit. These benefits include reduction of the
risk of dementia as it will boost mind functioning and increase energy level. Individual who is fit
will have improved digestion and accurate body weight. Keeping fit is benefits for reducing risk,
dispassion and anxiety issues. This is essential to reduce cancer risk and enhance mental
performance. Along with various benefits of keeping fit, there are some difficulties also. The
major challenges of being fit includes not able to maintaining schedule of exercise or workout.
Exercising too much will lead to increase body pain and wrong workout may cause injury.
