Gantt chart and PERT chart that will be prepared for analyzing the milestones of the company. In
the second part of the report, different data gathering and charts are discussed that are used for
understanding the requirements of the client. Use case diagrams, ER diagrams, Activity diagram
and sequence diagrams are been used for deep analysis of the user interaction and the user
requirement about the new IT management system of Yes You Can Fit In.

Introduction
This report will reflect the strategies and the business plan that is adopted during the
development of a new IT management system for the new supercenter of Yes You Can Fit In
that is to be stated on the Gold Coast for expanding the business and promoting the brand. The
report will be discussed in two parts. Part A will discuss the initial investigations including the
Gantt chart and PERT for describing the activities and the milestones of the proposed project.
The second part consists of the charts that are used for the analysis of the system and user
relationships and requirement of the business and the customers. It will discuss the fact-finding
documents, use case diagrams will be prepared. ER diagram will be prepared and explained with
the activity and sequence diagram. The report will be concluded with recommendations based on
the feasibility of the new IT management system.

Background Information
You Can Fit In is a fitness company that owns and operates multiple fitness centers in different
cities in NSW and Victoria. You Can Fit In having a great success history and so the company is
planning to expand its fitness business for improving the revenue of the company and for
providing their customers with more advanced programs with enhanced services. Adam Apple
who is the CEO head of the company decided the expansion on the Gold Coast, Queensland by
the opening of new and advanced Supercentres as a test drive and decided to have more
expansions in other locations as in Brisbane depending on the success on fitness centers at Gold
Coast, Queensland. You Can Fit In have 13 existing fitness centers at different locations. Adam
Apple emphasized on providing new and special programs with personal services on the new
expansion at Gold Coast. The vision of Adam Apple behind this expansion and building the
supercentre is to create a future model for the growth of You Can Fit In. For accomplishing this
target in the best way Mark Lewis is appointed as the manager who is having an experience of 3
years with the fitness centers. Each center is provided with full time and casual staffing for
running the everyday activities of the fitness center. The new supercentre will include features of
a large area for exercising containing state-of-the-art equipment, a shop that will contain the
goods for sporting, a swimming pool, snack bar and a health food store that will contain
smoothies and healthy snacks. In addition to all these facilities the fitness center will provide
special programs for child care of different age groups along with computer café. Goal coast is
preferred by the Adam Apple as it is one of the tourist spots so this will prove in providing a
source for casual customers (The tourist at the time of poor weather) as well other than the
regular visitors. You Can Fit In is using OnAllAccounts as accounting package for data entries of
its member but Adam Apple is planning to build a new information management system for its
supercentre as this traditions method will not be enough for managing the additional facilities of
the supercentre.

According to the business requirement of new supercentre, a new design for the IT management
system is proposed by the IT consultants. Adam Apple the CEO of the company decided to
appoint new IT professional and consultants for designing their new management system and
handling the management operations. The CEO appointed Nina Stay as an IT consultant for
analyzing and designing the operations of new business systems. Adam Apple has a vision of
building new supercentre as a future model for promotion of You Can Fit In so he hired much
full time and casual staffs for handling the everyday activities of the fitness center that includes
front desk operations, payments procedures, Shop attendant for handling the stores and the
stocks, new instructors for aerobic classes and yoga professionals, cleaning and lifeguards are
appointed as new supercentre have swimming pool facilities that need supervision regarding
safety issues. The new management system contains the basic services that are provided at every
fitness center of You Can Fit In along with some extra features of 24/7 access to the fitness
center who web application. In the new management system of supercentre Adam Apple
intended to include two levels of fitness membership, first is the basic membership that contains
all the basic services that are provided in all other 13 center and extra payment is to be initiated
for availing the extra facilities and second is the Full for now membership that contains all the
basic fitness services along with extra facilities. A Pay-as you basis scheme is also introduced for
the tourist as Gold Cost offers many tourists who can serve as casual customers that will help in
the promotion of You Can Fit In. So, for bringing all these old and new operations into one
system a new business system will be developed by the IT management consultants.

CEO is reported by three managers of the management team, Donald Dollars who serves as the
Finance Manager looking after all the financial activities of the organization, Sally Molly
manager of sales and marketing team and Chia Chen who is the manager of all the business
operation at the 13 centers of You Can Fit In. The CEO is reported by the three managers at the
headquarters of Yes You Can Fit at Melbourne. Chia Chen is reported by the center managers of
13 fitness center of Yes You Can Fit In and also Mark who is the IT manager of the management
