1. Introduction
In this report document, it shows the overall system requirements that were the designed project
which is executed for the organization “You Can Fit In” which is based on the fitness hub. It has
many fitness centers in the range of NSW and Victoria. It gives the best facility to the elder
generation and also make aware to them about fitness. It provides several fitness services such as
aerobics, swimming pool, yoga, and some other services. The organization is planning to
increase the fitness service quality that was provided to society. The organization planning to
extend their business by opening the fitness centers on Gold Coast in Queensland. For gathering
information, this technology was adopted for making the enhancement into the services with the
usage of the information system of the fitness club.

organization. Finance Manager is Donald Dollars, Marketing and Sales Manager was Sally
Molly, Operational Manager was Chia Chen and the experienced manager was Mark Lewis. The
consultant for the organization is the Nina Stay who will meet to the Centre Manager for the
further process in developing the new supercenters (Khvatova & Block, 2017).

organization. For example, the shopkeeper has the responsibility for attending their consumers
with the stores and the stocks. Therefore, trainers also have the responsibilities to give the
personal trainer with the proper training such as aerobics, swimming pool, yoga, and so on. For
this, there is the one person has the assigned duty to attend them with the safety guards form the
desk helpers to manage the complete process and the payment processing (Parkkali, et al, 2015).
Presently, a package of accounting named as OnAllAccounts is used for handling common
ledgers, payables, and the receivables. With the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, the data was
processed but it was not satisfactory and also considerable for the ineffective approach that was
used to manage the data or organization. Adam Apple had planned for adopting the latest
technologies to utilize information system with purpose of managing the data or information.
The management system of fitness of the organization named as “You Can Fit In” can contribute
availability, integrity and high scalability of the data or information which facilitate effective
management of data and also reduce their humanitarian efforts.

manner. It gives the facilities in deep insight by the management system of fitness for enhancing
the organizational functionality. It gives the brief suggestions or idea for the organizational
objectives. In this process, the issues were generated and also it will give the advantage and
make business successful all over the world in a unique way. It will also improve organizational
productivity with the contribution of employees. For determining the project objectives, aim and
scope, the document of system vision will identify the related problems with the approaches that
were existing into the organization (Mataró, et al, 2017).
This document is so necessary for identifying the issues or problems before developing and
implementing the overall project with concerning the proper requirements of business and the
customers. The vulnerabilities and threats prevention are so necessary for effectiveness of the
project. In other words, the document of system vision was documented for delineation the
overall project in a document form.

(WBS)
In project management, there are those several steps which are needed to be executed for the
fulfillment of that desired project and its targets. It contains the beginning, planning, managing
and of course closing of that project. And by the use of Gantt and WBS charts which follow the
effective takedown of the targets and well scheduling of those targets and tasks, the project
management can be briefed easily (Robinson, et al, 2018).

This breaks the projects into different smaller pieces, which helps in a smooth flow in the
working of that project. Tasks in the project are managed in a better way by dividing it, as there
are several sectors now, it becomes easier to distribute it all and get things done in an efficient

PERT stands for Program Evaluating Review Techniques and CPM stand for Critical Path
Methods. These two shows the various other tasks combined in implementing and developing the
fit management system. The path which is the longest one taken for the accomplishment of the
targets is termed as critical path and ironically it is the shortest one in terms of effective
completion of the project with no delay at all (Collier, et al, 2018).
