For Jimmy:
Jimmy should try in taking a gram of protein per pound of his body weight. It means he
should take 1 x 135 = 135 gram of protein every day. Consumption of rice, oats, and nuts can
provide Jimmy the required amount of fats. Jimmy should go for physical exercise including
squats strengthening the leg muscles, Bench Presses in which Jimmy will lie on his back on a

toned and well shaped body. Along with this, light weight-lifting would help him increase the

On the other hand, Jimmy must not try to make it very rapidly. Instead, he should try to build
it in a way that is suggested by the experts. It is better that he should select a date by which he
would like to have a measurable weight. The number of weeks he gets in between should be
multiplied by 1.25, and then again this process should be repeated until Jimmy reaches his
target. Besides, he needs adopting a ‘food-intake-strategy’ and exercising for maintaining a
fit a stable body. Only then, it would be effective for him in future.
