victoria as well as NSW. This company decides to enhance its business by developing a supercentre at
Queensland on Gold Coast. The manager of this company plans to build this with several different programs
along with providing or meeting all members individual requirements. The success of this fitness centre will
enhance future growth and for this both full time as well as casual employs need to be hired by organisation for
daily basis activities. This organisation will even provide exercising area along with required equipment’s, a
shop for sports related goods, a complete snack bar and swimming pool. Along with all these children facilities
are even provided with different programs and computer café for various age factors.

three departments i.e. sales and marketing, operations and finance. The CEO is planning to establish a

implementation went successful then it will generate profitable and high growth results for organisation. Adam
chose Mark Lewis as this supercentre manager to carry out these new services. Also this centre contains large
exercise areas with highly advanced equipment, a store for snack bars and healthy food and shops for sport
related goods. Also this supercentre provides various special offers for different programs and also along with
this a cyber café is established for children care.
In order to manage word processing along with credential list of Microsoft office membership like Microsoft
excel and Microsoft word that were previously used. The organisation CEO now wants to upgrade all these
facilities for supercentre to fulfil additional informative and database requirements. Due to this he plans to hire
various employees also an IT consultant named Nina Stay helped to enhance the new system for this
supercentre. Nina plans to meet Mark in order to better understand operations of this supercentre and also to
