Business development plan is defined as strategic plan to develop the business with
the help of implementation of different tactics and ideas. Business development plan
used to set objectives and defines strategies in order to achieve them(Karunia, 2021). In
context to Five Guys Burgers and Fries, it is a fast food restaurant chain that operates in
various regions along with London, United Kingdom. The Five Guys restaurant founded
by Jerry Murrell and Janie Murrell in the year of 1986 and serves hot dogs, French fries,
hamburgers, milkshakes and soft drinks etc. The report will include the management
practices with performance review techniques and improvement plan of the business. It
will further describe the recommendations to improve performances and conclusion at
