there is detailed analysis of ethical issues which are considered prior to gathering primary and
secondary data of chosen organisation. Reliability and validity is achieved by developing
questionnaire for primary data and secondary data is from online and authenticated sources.
Further the project has been framed for finding different operational issue which will be
reflecting in sales, marketing, human resource and finance. This project will give
description about ways how organization will fix the issues in ethical manner by analysing
